The pumpkin carving was done by our Japanese Exchange, Mr. Minoru Akagi.....pretty impressive for a 1st time even with the upside down look.  The watermelon carving was completed by Eli.

KPU Wind Symphony Presents: Stories to Tell Our Children

Pretty exciting.....Adrianna's first University Concert.  However, she also performed with the special guests GVYMA, as she's a member of their group as well.

Birthday/Retirement Celebrations

My sister and I had a chance to join in with the celebrations of Jack & Donna's 65th Birthday and Retirement.  A fun girls weekend on the island visiting friends and family!

Originally this recital was supposed to take place back in December but because of the crazy winter weather it suddenly needed to be postponed.  I'm SO glad it was rescheduled because what a fantastic recital it was!   A few of them are like Adrianna, preparing for University/College auditions so this was a perfect setting to help them feel more comfortable and confident performing in front of a small, intimate group.
