Eli has spent a lot of time with his friend Bill Little the last couple months as his health has quickly deteriorated. Between private baritone concerts in his home, visits in the hospital and the many words of wisdom given to Eli during Bill's short hospice time it is certainly a very touching friendship that I'm honoured to have witnessed.
Unfortunately, its sad to report that Eli lost his dear friend this weekend. There might have been an 81 year age difference but it's taught me that if you are willing to love and be loved friendship is ageless.
