Yes, it's true. The kids and I spent the afternoon at metrotown checking out the Dinosaurs Unearthed exhibit AND getting in a little back to school shopping. Whoever thought one could accomplish both at the same time. Oh the joys of city life!!
they've unearthed some dinosaur tracks!
The most interesting display was this little fellow (the kids could make him swoosh his tail, open his mouth, blink and roar with the push of a button). He's a feathered T-Rex and the first time displayed in Canada. It's been discovered that the juvenile T-Rex had a fine downy hair-like covering on them and as they matured it was shed.
PRETTY COOL STUFF!!!!
